Fabric to Frocks

Homebound Missions, delivers donations to Haiti throughout the year to several orphanages, including Three Angels Children's Relief, For His Glory, and to families we have met along the way. Below are some ways you can help us in our endeavors.

Do you enjoy sewing? Would you like to use your sewing talents to clothe a baby girl? Yes? Then Fabric to Frocks is for you. Make easy-to-sew sundresses for girls, newborn and up.

If you would like to make a frock:

1. For our easy to sew Frock Pattern, simply contact us with your name and address. We will send you a pattern along with sewing instructions.

Or you may purchase your own easy-to-sew pattern. Use creative liberty and simplify the pattern as you wish. Remember Haiti is very hot, all the time.

2. Once you’ve made the dresses, mail them to Homebound Missions, 1225 Providence Road, PMB 129, Whitinsville, MA 01588.

Donation tips

• Purchase fabric on sale or from discount fabric stores.

• Tell others what you are doing and accept their offers to donate material and supplies.

• Start a sewing club – get together with friends and have an old-fashion sewing circle.
